APPLICATION FORM
PUNJAB STATE TEACHER ELIGIBILITY TEST Application forms are to be filled out by the candidates who are willing to take teaching as their career. The application forms for the Teachers Eligibility Test will be filled out online. There will be Paper 1 and paper 2 to check the eligibility of the candidates to impart knowledge to the school students of Primary and upper primary classes.

ELIGIBILITY
To apply for the PSTET, the candidates should tick specific Eligibility criteria fixed by the Punjab Education Recruitment Board. To apply for classes I to V, the candidates will have to have the following educational qualification:
- For the Primary Teacher post, one either has a minimum of 50% in Senior Secondary or an equal degree or appears in the last year of a diploma in Diploma in Elementary Education of 2 years.
- For the Upper Primary Teachers, i.e. classes VI to XII, have completed the graduation degree or are appearing in the final year of a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education.
- The age criteria are that the candidates should be less than 18 years of age.
