Explanation
An inflorescence with a branched axis is called a "Panicle". A panicle is a type of branching inflorescence in which the main axis bears lateral branches, and those branches may also bear smaller branches and flowers. The flowers on a panicle are typically arranged in a more open and irregular pattern than other types of inflorescences, such as spikes or racemes.
In contrast, an umbel is a type of inflorescence in which the flowers are borne on short stalks of equal length, arising from a common point and giving the appearance of an inverted umbrella.
A head is a dense, compact inflorescence composed of many small, closely packed flowers, such as in a sunflower.
A corymb is a flat-topped or convex inflorescence in which the flowers at the center open first, and those at the periphery open later.
