Explanation
The Parliament can amend the Constitution of India under Article 368. This Article outlines the procedure for amending the Constitution. It requires that any amendment to the Constitution must be passed by a special majority of each House of Parliament, i.e., a two-thirds majority of the members present and voting, and a majority of the total membership of the House. The amendment must also be ratified by at least half of the State Legislatures before it can be presented to the President for assent. Once the President gives his assent, the amendment becomes a part of the Constitution.
