The Fundamental Rights of the Indian Constitution are contained in Part III. Part I of the Indian Constitution deals with the Union and its territory, while Part II deals with citizenship. Part IV of the Indian Constitution contains the Directive Principles of State Policy, which are guidelines and principles for the government to follow in order to promote social justice and welfare.
