ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA :
Before applying for the UGLAW program, candidates must ensure that they meet the eligibility criteria set by the University. The following are the eligibility criteria for UGLAW admission 2024:
- Candidates must have passed their 10+2 examination from a recognized board with a minimum of 50% marks.
- Candidates belonging to the SC/ST category must have scored a minimum of 45% marks in their 10+2 examination.
- Candidates appearing for their 10+2 examination in 2024 are also eligible to apply.
SYLLABUS :
Total Number Of Question Will Be 100, Out of these 100 questions,
60 questions will be based on Testing General Knowledge and Current Affairs, 20 Aptitude for Law, 10 Testing Mental Ability and rest of the 10 questions testing English Language. The Question Paper will be available in English, Hindi and Punjabi (except for the portion “proficiency in English Language”).

PREPRATION OF MERIT LIST :
FOR B.A.LLB :- Entrance Test: 50% + Qualifying Examination (+2): 50% + other admissible weightage
FOR B.COM.LLB :- Entrance Test: 50% + Qualifying Examination (+2): 50% With Weightage for commerce subjects* and other admissible weightage
ADMISSION PROCESS :
The admission process for the UGLAW program at Panjab University is conducted in online mode.
The following are the steps involved in the admission process:
Step 1: REGISTRATION
Candidates must visit the official website of Panjab University and register themselves for the UGLAW program. During the registration process, candidates will be required to provide their personal and academic details.

Step 2 : UPLOAD DOCUMENTS
After Registration, candidates must upload the following documents:
- Class 10th and 12th mark sheets
- Category certificate (if applicable)
- Passport size photograph
- Signature
Step 3 : APPLICATION FEE
Candidates must pay the application fee online using a debit card, credit card, or net banking.

Step 4: ADMIT CARD
After the application process is complete, candidates can download their admit card from the official website of Panjab University. The admit card will contain important details such as the candidate's name, roll number, exam date, and exam center.
Step 5: ENTRANCE EXAM
Candidates who have successfully registered for the UGLAW program must appear for the entrance exam. The UGLAW entrance exam is expected to be conducted in the month of June 2024. The exam will consist of multiple-choice questions and will be of 90 minutes duration.
Step 6: RESULTS
The results of the UGLAW entrance exam will be declared on the official website of Panjab University. Candidates who qualify for the entrance exam will be called for counseling.
Step 7: ADMISSION FORM
After Entrance Exam Result, candidates must fill in the Admission form with their personal, academic, and contact details. Candidates must ensure that they provide accurate information in the application form, as any discrepancy can lead to rejection of the application. (WILL BE ANNOUNCE LATER)
